Selby Jennings is partnered with a Tier 1 Investment Bank that is looking to bring on a skilled Program Manager to lead several digital transformation initiatives for its Trading Operations organization.
This actively growing team is responsible for the development and support of technology solutions that drive post‑trade processes across Clearing, Settlements, Prime Brokerage, Risk, and Legal. This hire will oversee the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, effective risk mitigation, and timely delivery of commitments. Similar experience within Equities, Derivatives, or Futures products is desired, but not required for consideration.

Responsibilities
- Partner with senior end users and business leaders across the company, as well as software development teams, to define and deliver projects that drive business goals and efficiency.
- Build, lead, and manage diverse teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth, and effectively delegating tasks to ensure efficient and effective achievement of objectives.
- Conduct discovery analyses to understand user needs, scope open‑ended projects, and conceptualize solutions.
- Manage regular scrum meetings; strong experience with SDLC and Scrum/Agile practices is required.
- Support Technology, Business, and Project Management teams through successful project completion by consulting across teams and providing input into operational delivery, planning, and alignment.
- 7-10 years of relevant program or project management experience.
- Strong project/progam management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across a broad set of domains and stakeholder groups.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously across separate teams and functional areas.
- Prior involvement in change management initiatives, driving successful adoption of new processes or technologies
- Experience implementing automation to streamline project workflows and increase operational efficiency.
Expected Compensation: $150,000 - $165,000 Annual Cash Bonus Benefits
