Responsibilities:
- Underwrite and execute new private credit investments
- Build detailed LBO and cash‑flow models and lead diligence
- Prepare investment memoranda for credit committee
- Support deal execution from initial screening through closing
- Source new opportunities and engage with sponsors, intermediaries, and business owners
- Review and help negotiate term sheets and credit documentation alongside counsel
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (IB or private credit / principal investing preferred)
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
- Clear, concise investment writing and communication skills
- Interest in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with high visibility and upside
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
