Our team partners with entrepreneurs to accelerate scale, drive operational excellence, and unlock long-term value.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the full lifecycle of investments-from sourcing and due diligence to financial modeling, deal structuring, and execution.
- Build and sustain a high-quality pipeline of opportunities through deep industry research, strategic networking, and relationship cultivation.
- Drive portfolio company performance by partnering with management teams to implement strategic initiatives, enhance operations, and unlock value.
- Deliver compelling presentations of investment theses and portfolio updates to the Investment Committee and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior investment professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Continuously assess market dynamics and macroeconomic trends to refine investment strategy and manage risk exposure.
- Coordinate seamlessly with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure efficient transaction execution and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in private equity experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interfacing with C-level executives and investors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
