The firm is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to join its Cross-Functional Advisory Team, a highly visible group that partners with management teams, boards, investors, and key stakeholders to deliver strategic, financial, and operational solutions across the full business and investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Conduct complex financial analyses and build sophisticated financial models
- Support and lead workstreams across M&A, restructuring, transformation, and performance improvement engagements
- Develop strategic recommendations and actionable solutions for clients and portfolio companies
- Partner with executive leadership teams to identify and drive value creation initiatives
- Prepare client presentations, investment materials, and board-level communications
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to execute strategic and operational priorities
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, transaction advisory, or a related analytical role
- Strong financial modeling and valuation experience, including three-statement models, DCFs, LBOs, and transaction analyses
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be based in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, or New York, with an in-office presence four days per week
Salary : $125,000 - $350,000
