Real Estate Asset Management Analyst

Role Overview:
As a member of the Asset Management team, you will play a key role in driving performance across a portfolio of multifamily properties. Your work will support strategic, operational, and financial decision-making through a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Analyzing property-level financials, rent rolls, and capital improvement budgets
- Conducting market research and evaluating economic and demographic trends
- Leading calls and site visits with third-party property managers
- Performing property inspections and market tours (travel may be required)
- Building financial models, including budgets, cash flow forecasts, and return analyses
- Preparing investment memos and performance reports for internal stakeholders
- Managing due diligence and closing processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings
- Assisting with debt financing arrangements and documentation
- Presenting quarterly asset performance updates to the broader team
- Collaborating with property management teams to execute business plans and enhance asset value
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance; preferred fields include Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or Property Management
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management or a related field (internships included)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
