The Opportunity:
We are currently partnered with a leading digital infrastructure company that is seeking an Associate to support financing activities, investor engagement, and strategic growth initiatives within AI infrastructure and GPU deployment. This individual will play a key role in executing capital markets transactions, supporting fundraising efforts, and helping build an institutional-quality investment platform.
The role offers significant exposure to structured finance, fundraising, corporate development, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities extend beyond a traditional job description.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of debt and equity financing transactions
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate financing structures and investment opportunities
- Assist with investor communications, fundraising materials, and financing partner management
- Conduct market research and analysis across AI infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing, and capital markets
- Support fund operations, SPV launches, and investment platform initiatives
- Develop presentations, investment memoranda, and strategic materials for investors and stakeholders
- Partner with senior leadership on special projects and corporate development initiatives
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to support business growth and expansion
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Corporate Development, Private Credit, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Experience supporting debt financings, fundraising processes, or investor relations initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for a variety of audiences
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to data centers, AI infrastructure, GPU financing, energy infrastructure, or other asset-intensive sectors
- Experience with SPVs, fund launches, project finance, or structured credit transactions
- Prior involvement in large-scale GPU or AI infrastructure financings is highly desirable
- Experience working with institutional investors, financing partners, or alternative asset platforms
- Direct exposure to one of the fastest-growing sectors within technology and infrastructure
