As a Platform Technology Delivery Manager, you'll help execute the firm's technology strategy by leading the most challenging projects in a technology-powered firm where time is measured in nanoseconds.
You'll leverage your engineering and project management expertise to deliver pragmatic solutions to complex problems. With a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, you'll collaborate with teams across trading, infrastructure, development, and IT operations teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
What you'll do:
- We are looking for a Platform Technology Delivery Manager to join our global PMO. Reporting into the PMO Lead and working directly with the Heads of Platform Technology, you will be the right hand person to these teams - ensuring clarity of priorities, transparency of delivery, and efficiency in execution.
- Partner with Platform Technology teams (Infrastructure, InfoSec and Enterprise Technology) to plan and deliver portfolios of initiatives.
- Coordinate annual and term planning cycles, covering projects/capabilities, costs, and FTE capacity.
- Provide transparency on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Contribute to enhancements in workflows, reporting, and team organization.
- Be a trusted partner for key stakeholders on Platform Tech delivery.
- Support decision-making by offering insights on sequencing, resource allocation, and trade-offs.

What you bring:
- You're someone who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and strategic delivery.
- 5-10 years' experience in Infrastructure and/or Information Security delivery.
- Strong portfolio management skills - balancing competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
- A proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Experience in planning cycles including projects, costs, and FTE.
- Familiarity with ITIL, IT service management or security operations.
- Financial services or trading industry experience.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL v3/v4, CISSP or CISM.
- Experience in Agile, Lean Portfolio Management, or DevSecOps environments.

Salary : $200,000 - $300,000
