About the Opportunity We are expanding our Industrials & Business Services investment banking team in Atlanta and seeking talented Associates and Vice Presidents who are ready to take ownership of deal execution, client engagement, and sector-focused insights. This is a high‑visibility opportunity to work directly with senior bankers on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments across manufacturing, distribution, business services, industrial technology, and specialty services.
What You'll Do
Associate Responsibilities
Drive core execution workstreams across M&A, debt/equity financings, and strategic advisory
Build and refine detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and industry benchmarking
Prepare client materials including CIMs, management presentations, and pitch decks
Conduct market, company, and industry research to support live deals and business development
Collaborate with VPs and Directors to ensure smooth process management and high-quality deliverables
Lead day‑to‑day execution of live transactions, managing internal teams and external stakeholders
Serve as a primary client contact, presenting analyses and guiding strategic discussions
Oversee Associates and Analysts, providing direction, review, and mentorship
Develop sector theses and support origination efforts with senior leadership
Manage diligence processes, negotiations, and transaction workstreams from start to finish
What We're Looking For
Associate Qualifications
3-5 years of investment banking or relevant transaction experience
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Experience supporting M&A or capital markets transactions
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
7-10 years of investment banking experience, with significant execution responsibility
Demonstrated leadership in managing deal processes and junior team members
Strong client communication skills and comfort presenting to senior executives
Deep familiarity with Industrials and/or Business Services subsectors
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Salary : $185,000 - $215,000
