Junior Business Analyst

A leading trading firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team. This role requires strong analytical, research, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The position combines oversight of current business operations with the exploration of new growth opportunities. We are looking for a motivated, intellectually curious individual who is eager to learn, take initiative, and assume ownership of projects. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing day-to-day business operations. This includes collaborating closely with the accounting team to reconcile daily transactions, as well as working with brokers and exchanges to investigate and resolve discrepancies. A successful candidate will also identify opportunities to improve these workflows through automation, increasing efficiency and scalability as the business grows.

In addition, the role involves analyzing business performance, identifying new strategic opportunities, and building relationships with industry partners such as exchanges, vendors, and other firms. Your analysis will directly support leadership in making informed strategic decisions and contribute to the company's long-term growth. The position also requires representing the firm professionally in external interactions, making strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative or analytical field
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and similar analytical tools
• Demonstrated interest in researching new opportunities and building business relationships
• Flexibility to work across global markets and time zones
• Prior experience in, or a strong interest in, finance and trading
