Our client is a sector-focused venture capital firm who is seeking an Associate to join their team in Boston. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-capitalized, high-growth fund that invests in early-stage startups transforming the built environment.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and conduct due diligence on early-stage investment opportunities (Seed-Series A)
- Support deal execution through financial modeling, memo writing, and investment committee prep
- Collaborate with portfolio companies and contribute to the firm's annual accelerator program
- Help build internal processes and support fund strategy as the firm scales
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience, ideally in venture capital, growth equity, consulting, or startups
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to operate independently
- Passion for innovation in construction, infrastructure, and the built environment
