Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting operations for multiple domestic and offshore entities, refining processes and procedures.
- Perform complex reconciliations and transaction analysis.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting while supporting decision-making.
- Develop expertise in fund structures and assist with operational activities for investment funds and management companies.
Qualifications:
- MA/BA in Accounting with 7-10 years of experience and strong academic credentials.
- Proven operational finance leadership experience (Divisional CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director).
- Expertise in financial reporting, controls, compliance, and systems implementation.
- Skilled in business process optimization using technology and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with VBA, SQL, and MS Query is a plus.
