Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager - Capital Markets
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a leading Casino & Hospitality company looking to add a Corporate Finance Manager to their team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This opportunity will allow you to join a lean and active team with high visibility to senior executives. This is a growth hire for this team as they have a number of active and exciting projects and looking to continue broadening the scope of the team.
This Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for:
Corporate Finance & Treasury Department
- Capital Markets/Corporate Finance
- Financing for new projects including New York and Las Vegas
- Existing financing at corporate and project levels
- Investor and rating agency relations
- Relationship management with investment banks and lenders
- Management of joint ventures and ownership stakes
Treasury
- Cash management
- Case forecasting
- Investments
M&A
- Operating assets (not new developments)
This Corporate Finance Manager should have the following qualification:
- 2 years of Investment Banking; 3-5 years total experience
- Debt Capital Markets, Debt Financing - investment grade debt & high yield debt
- LatAm EMEA
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Fort Lauderdale, FL.
