- Lead valuation projects for commercial real estate loan portfolios
- Dive into loan docs, financial statements, and deal structures
- Build and review valuation models and market‑supported assumptions
- Present results to clients, auditors, and stakeholders
- Track interest rates, market trends, and CRE fundamentals
- Grow into client relationship ownership within just a few months
- You've got experience in CRE valuation, underwriting, appraisal, or financial modeling
- You're highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with complex models (ARGUS experience is a plus)
- You can distill complex concepts and communicate valuation insights clearly and confidently
- You stay informed on capital‑markets trends and have a genuine interest in how real estate deals are structured
- You're detail‑oriented, curious, and thrive in fast‑moving environments
Strong grounding in commercial real estate valuation, including cash‑flow modeling, loan‑level analysis, and interpreting complex financial and legal documents. Experience/a desire to present valuation results to clients and auditors, with the ability to explain assumptions clearly. Must be detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable monitoring capital‑markets trends to inform valuation inputs.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
