This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker located in Wayne, PA. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, representing clients in property transactions, managing leasing and sales projects, and conducting market research. The broker will build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and assist in investment analysis to support growth in the commercial real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of sales, negotiation, and transaction processes in commercial real estate
- Market research, data analysis, and investment insight skills
- Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot challenges effectively
- Real estate license in Pennsylvania (required) and familiarity with the Philadelphia area market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in using real estate software and digital marketing tools is advantageous
