- Programming and operating CMM, using MBD through PC-DMIS software version 2024
- Conventional measuring, using a range of hand and fixed equipment
- Preparing first article and in-process inspection reports for internal and external use
- Working with excel and work documents
- 3 years minimum CMM programming experience required
- Ability to program CMM using models and engineering drawings
- 2 years minimum experience performing first article inspections
- Basic Quality Systems knowledge (Control of non-conforming products, in process controls & inspection, product & process audit, etc.)
- Experience with Romer Arm and scanning technology a plus
- Working knowledge of GD&T
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), secondary education desired
- Must be able to pass criminal background check, and drug test
- Must display a good attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to get along with others
- Ability to work independently and manage time to meet company objectives
- Willing to work overtime if necessary to support customer schedules
