Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Go-to-Market Manager. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for leading integrated marketing campaigns for new products, overseeing the entire product lifecycle management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product marketing, market research, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends. Analyze market data to make informed decisions on product positioning and differentiation.
- Product Positioning and Comparison: Collaborate with the product team to define and articulate product specifications and features. Conduct thorough product comparisons with key competitors. Develop compelling product positioning strategies based on market insights.
- Channel and Price Strategy: Work closely with internal and external partners to identify target channels. Develop and implement effective pricing strategies aligned with market positioning and competitive landscape.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products. Drive internal resources to align with the strategy. Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing, sales, and operational activities. Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the marketing campaign and strategy. Track the performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle. Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and sales throughout the product lifecycle. Analyze marketing data to identify issues and develop solutions to fix them.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in product marketing and go-to-market strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful product launch campaigns.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
