What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Treasury Analyst position at Segrera Associates?
The Company is entering into its first securitized debt facility and is building a treasury function to support it. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor execution role not a purely managerial position or a treasury professional equally comfortable running daily cash and lender reporting as designing the policies, controls, and infrastructure that don't yet exist. The candidate will administer the Company's securitized facility end-to-end (borrowing base certificates, draws/paydowns, covenant compliance, lender reporting) while building the treasury operating model cash forecasting, reconciliations, SOPs, and controls from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Debt & Lender Administration (Top Priority)
- Administer the securitized debt facility; prepare all periodic lender reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Prepare borrowing base certificates; calculate borrowing availability; process draws, repayments, and interest
- Monitor covenant compliance; prepare compliance certificates; coordinate lender due diligence and audits
Treasury Operations & Banking
- Daily cash positioning and liquidity management across multiple bank accounts
- Build and maintain a rolling 13-week cash forecast; recommend liquidity and cash management improvements
- Manage banking relationships, account administration, signers, and online banking platforms
Reconciliations, Controls & Reporting
- Perform/oversee bank reconciliations; investigate and resolve exceptions
- Develop treasury policies, SOPs, approval matrices, and internal controls from scratch; support SOX readiness
- Prepare treasury dashboards and executive reporting; analyze borrowing costs and facility utilization
Process Build-Out (Ongoing)
- Design lender reporting calendars and standardized templates; build cash forecasting models
- Evaluate Treasury Management Systems (TMS); reduce manual processes; document for scalability
- Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, AP/AR, Tax, Legal, and Operations
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7 years of progressive treasury experience, including direct, hands-on administration of a securitized, ABL, warehouse, or receivables financing facility
- Strong lender reporting, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliation experience
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Track record of building or improving treasury processes; strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
- Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS Integrity); BlackLine; Power BI/Tableau
- SOX, multi-entity, multi-bank, PE-backed, or high-growth company experience

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
