Audit Manager

Segrera Associates is actively recruiting for an Audit Manager on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing advisory firm in the Orlando, FL market. This is a high-impact leadership role within a robust Audit & Assurance practice, offering direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a diverse client base.

This role is ideal for candidates who bring deep assurance experience, strong technical expertise, and a passion for developing and leading teams. Successful candidates will combine audit leadership, client advisory capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service — all within a collaborative, people-focused environment.

This position is based in Orlando with on-site presence required. Candidates must be located in Central Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage significant and complex audit engagements from planning through completion
• Build strong internal relationships to promote teamwork, collaboration, and a people-first culture
• Deliver exceptional client service and effectively present audit findings to client leadership
• Research and resolve technical audit and accounting issues
• Mentor, coach, and develop associates, providing guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities
• Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at strengthening operations, processes, and client delivery
• Participate in business development activities and assist in identifying opportunities to expand client relationships
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
• Support firm and community initiatives that reinforce the organization’s values and client-centric mission

Qualifications:

• 6 years of relevant Audit/Assurance experience in public accounting or industry
• Active CPA license preferred
• Strong communication and client service skills with the ability to lead complex audit engagements
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and elevating team performance
