This position is based in Orlando with on-site presence required. Candidates must be located in Central Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage significant and complex audit engagements from planning through completion
- Build strong internal relationships to promote teamwork, collaboration, and a people-first culture
- Deliver exceptional client service and effectively present audit findings to client leadership
- Research and resolve technical audit and accounting issues
- Mentor, coach, and develop associates, providing guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at strengthening operations, processes, and client delivery
- Participate in business development activities and assist in identifying opportunities to expand client relationships
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Support firm and community initiatives that reinforce the organization’s values and client-centric mission
Qualifications:
- 6 years of relevant Audit/Assurance experience in public accounting or industry
- Active CPA license preferred
- Strong communication and client service skills with the ability to lead complex audit engagements
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and elevating team performance
