Regional Sales Manager (West Coast)

SEES is the largest Independently Owned and Operated Elevator & Escalator Replacement Parts Company in North America, with headquarters in Pompano Beach, FL.
Supervision:
- Reports to Managing Director, Global Sales.
Primary Purpose:
The West Coast Regional Sales Manager will work remote and be responsible for building and enhancing strong relationships within the following areas (CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, HI, UT, AK, and Western Canada). The responsibilities include managing all aspects of the sales process to exceed the sales goals for the region. The compensation package includes a base salary, commission, quarterly bonus potential, and attractive retirement plan.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customer partners, and penetrate key sales areas in the customer supply chain groups (Elevator New Construction, Modernization, and Service)
- Drives revenue growth while expanding customer relationships
- Influence and change behavior at our customers to identify SEES, Inc. as a key critical component to their sales, marketing and supply chain strategies.
- Make presentations to small and large groups on the features and benefits of SEES.
Work Performed:
- Industry and Trade Show participation as required.
- 2 weeks travel per month approximately, while visiting local customers regularly
- Various projects as required.
- Trip reports, business plans, Travel and Entertainment Expense reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must live in CA, AZ, or NV
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of successful experience in sales, supply chain or marketing position(s)
- Demonstrated aptitude for very strong selling, negotiating, financial and analytical skills and business writing skills.
- Overnight travel required (estimated 5-8 nights per month); ability to travel without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane or train to attend meetings.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
