Sales Manager
SeekOne Roofing is a PEOPLE-FIRST organization rooted in purpose, growth, and service. Headquartered in Brentwood, TN, and serving Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL communities, we are expanding and actively seeking a full-time Sales Manager.
This full-time position offers a total compensation package of $75,000 – $100,000 per year based on experience.

YOUR DAY AS A SALES MANAGER
As a Sales Manager, you will direct and oversee all roofing sales operations, ensuring your team is focused and driven to meet and exceed performance goals. You will spend your time recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring representatives, building a strong and motivated team that thrives in storm restoration sales. You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, track daily activity, and supervise all sales-generating field activity. Your day will include leading daily and weekly meetings, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement. You will coach team leaders to become stronger leaders themselves, while infusing your team with passion and motivation. You will also conduct regular training sessions to sharpen skills and expand product knowledge, and you will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to streamline processes and create the best customer experience possible.
YOUR SCHEDULE
You will work full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekends will be required based on business and client needs.
REQUIREMENTS

5 years of experience in sales management (relevant experience is preferred but not required)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
