Position – Shipping Coordinator
Job Location – Menomonee Falls, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $21-$22 per hour
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience with shipping coordination, warehouse, and material handling
Responsibilities
-Process shipments using UPS Worldship, FedEx, and LTL Carriers
-Create BOLs, labels, and packing slips accurately
-Schedule pickups and ensure on-time shipments
-Track shipments and resolving issues, working with customer service dept.
-Use Microsoft Dynamix AX to manage orders and shipments
-Maintain accurate shipping and inventory data
-Support warehouse organization Help stage, verify, and prepare orders
Qualifications
-HS Diploma/GED required
-2 years of shipping experience, manufacturing experience, and material handling
-Experience with UPS Worldship, FedEx, LTL Carriers, and Microsoft Dynamix AX is required
-Must have exceptional attention to detail, excellent safety record, and must be a team player!
-Forklift experience required and must be willing to cross-train to receiving dept, as well
