Position – Finishing Associate
Job Location – Sun Prairie, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – Night Shift (6:00pm - 6:00am)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $18 - $19 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and operation of stitchers, folders, perfect binder, polybagger, cutters,
mailers, shrink wrappers, tipper, CT trimmer, drills and other finishing equipment.
- Understand the job ticket and other specifications of an assigned job.
- Understand the standards as explained on the goal sheets and work toward achieving the
goals.
- Feed pockets, recognition of and sorting of different forms.
- Jogging all paper into uniform lifts.
- Down-pile that consists of sorting, palletizing and bagging of mail per postal regulations
and/or client specifications.
- Make boxes, box finished products, make labels, stuff envelopes, jog, stack and sort
product.
- Conducting periodic quality checks.
Qualifications
- Excellent attendance.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to perform basic math and computer entries.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
