POSITION – Rubber Molding Operator
JOB LOCATION – Port Washington, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – $18 to $20 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude requested; training provided for the right candidate
As a Rubber Molding Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production process by operating molding presses, removing finished rubber parts, and ensuring product quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate rubber molding press equipment (training provided as needed)
- Remove finished rubber parts from molds safely and efficiently
- Trim and remove excess flash from molded parts
- Inspect parts for quality and consistency
- Stack, sort, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
- Support general production needs as required
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or production experience required
- Must have basic math skills
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to perform repetitive work throughout the shift
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment
- Reliable transportation to Port Washington
