POSITION – Machine Operator (Blow Molding)
JOB LOCATION – Cedarburg, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate / ASAP
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift 4:00pm to 4:00am (4-day work week with overtime available)
STARTING PAY – $23.00 per hour overtime opportunities
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Willing to train; machine operating experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor blow molding machines
- Keep production lines supplied with materials
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Package and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting to keep machines running
Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physical, active work
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Reliable and open to overtime opportunities
