Using their strong expertise and knowledge the Roofing Foreman will oversee the company's quality standards are met in the field. Responsibilities- Ensure the work vehicle is properly stocked and deliver materials to job sites. - Oversee roofing job site instructions including but not limited to tear-off, installation, repairs and overall project flow. - Motivate, guide and support crew members to maintain productivity, quality and safety. - Continuously monitor workmanship and address issues quickly and professionally. - Provide clear end-of-day updates on job progress and status. Qualifications- Valid Wisconsin drivers license is required. - Must be able to lift and carry 50-75 lbs. - Minimum three years construction or roofing experience is required. - Strong leadership skills, positive attitude and the ability to direct and support crews effectively.
