Position Summary: The Foreman provides hands-on leadership to coordinate all project activities and set performance standards. This role is responsible for mentoring team members and maintaining effective collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities:

Reading and interpreting scopes, sketches, or building plans to determine dimensions and materials required for the job.

Overseeing and participating in all types of roof installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Assigning duties and tasks to crew members and monitoring their performance.

Conducting safety meetings, ensuring that all safety regulations and standards are followed.

Ensuring resource availability and allocation, including overall staffing needs.

Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Determining material placement and onsite needs for the project.

Communicating progress, issues, and solutions effectively with team members, customers, and management.

Measuring project performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Performing all work in strict accordance with scope, directions, specifications, and OSHA rules, regulations, and company policies.

Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to.

Providing technical support and guidance to personnel as required.

Setting up start times with the crew and monitoring project hours.

Verifying or clocking in employees into the timekeeping system.
