Position Summary: The Roofer is to provide a service to install, maintain and repair the roofs of commercial buildings in a safe and high performing manner.
The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, service and/or repair commercial roofs

Remove old or damaged material

Install new materials, such as asphalt shingles, solar tiles, slate, or metal

Cut and shape roofing materials to proper size

Follow all OSHA regulations

Follow local building codes related to pitch and other roof characteristics

The ability to use hand and power tools
-
Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.

Interact positively with customers and ensure property is well maintained.

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Additional Roofer duties as needed.
