Plastic Production Operators
Location: Somerset, WI
We are hiring dependable Manufacturing & Production Operators to support multiple areas of our operation, including assembly, silicone machine operation, plastic injection molding, and focused factory production. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Available Positions Include:
- Assembly Operator
- Silicone Machine Operator
- Plastic Injection Machine Operator
- Factory / Production Operator
(Placement is based on experience, skills, and business needs.)
Shift Options & Pay:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $17.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $20.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $22.00/hour
- Weekend AM: Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | $18.89/hour
- Weekend PM: Friday-Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $19.89/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications
- Perform basic machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
