POSITION – General Labor / Floater
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift
STARTING PAY – $20.44 per hour
BENEFITS – Competitive hourly pay, weekly paycheck, and opportunity for long-term employment with full benefits upon hire-in
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred; must be comfortable with physical work
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and being part of a production team. You will float across multiple departments assisting with general labor tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Stack and move materials throughout the facility
- Assist machine operators with production support
- Prepare orders for shipping and staging
- Wrap and secure finished products for transport
- Move product between departments as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and plant guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and assist in multiple departments
- Previous general labor or warehouse experience is a plus
