We are currently hiring for Order Selectors in Eau Claire. As an Order Selector, you will be working with seasoned foodservice specialists who are committed to exceeding Customer expectations.
POSITION – Order Selector | Forklift
JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Long-term, Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd shift (3pm – 11:30pm or done, Sun-Thurs)
STARTING PAY – $17.43 per hour. Time and a half on Sunday hours. Attendance Incentive of $5.22/hour; earn up to $31.37/hour!

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous manufacturing experience preferred, must have prior Forklift and Order Selector operation experience.
The Order Selector is responsible for selecting (picking) and loading product in a safe and accurate fashion to ensure standards and quality of product are met.
Responsibilities:
- Pallet mover and forklift pre-shift inspections
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Select orders at throughput rate that meets company standards
- Build pallets in a neat and orderly fashion
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior Forklift certification
- Basic reading and math skills
- Lift 50 lbs. frequently
- Able to work in freezer and cooler during entire shift
- Ability to move, lift, and bend constantly
- Good thinking skills and self-motivation
