Machine Maintenance Technician / Machine Operator
Location: Butler, WI
Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour
Automatic raises: Up to $1.20 per hour within your first 90 days
Shift Premiums:
- 2nd shift: $0.75 per hour
- 3rd shift: $1.00 per hour

What you’ll do
- Set up, operate, and adjust production machines
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform daily maintenance
- Complete machine changeovers, wash-ups, and routine cleaning
- Read work orders and set machines accurately for each run
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
- Load materials into machines and ensure smooth operation
- Pack finished product into boxes and pallets
- Track production counts, labor, and materials used
Training and schedule
- All new hires train on 1st shift
- Training can last 6 to 12 months depending on experience
- After training, you will move to one of the following shifts:
- 2nd shift: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- 3rd shift: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday
What we’re looking for
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing, production, automotive, fleet, or farm mechanics preferred
- Comfortable learning and operating complex machinery
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willing to train on 1st shift before moving to off-shift roles
