Position – Saw Operator
Job Location – Pewaukee, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift
Starting Pay – $21-$24

Required Education – High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience – 2 years of saw or fabrication equipment experience preferred
Job Summary
The Saw Operator is responsible for safely operating saws and related fabrication equipment to cut materials according to job-specific criteria. This role also supports warehouse functions and ensures materials are processed accurately while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate cold saws, band saws, and related shop equipment to cut materials to precise specifications.
- Deburr parts to meet job-specific requirements using fabrication equipment.
- Coordinate and perform warehouse functions related to material handling and processing.
- Inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Maintain equipment and assist with building upkeep as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and report any safety concerns to supervision.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience operating saws
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow job specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness.
