Position: CNC Machine Operator
Job Location: New Berlin, WI
Starting Date: Immediate
Employment Type: DIRECT HIRE
Work Hours (Shift): ALL Shifts Available (Shift Premiums!)
Starting Pay: Depends on Experience

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience: 3 years CNC Machining
Job Summary
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will operate, adjust, and monitor semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machines. You will follow detailed instructions, check work for precision, and maintain machinery while adhering to safety standards and operational tolerances.
Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust CNC machinery to perform standard and repetitive operations.
- Follow detailed instructions and tooling procedures to maintain tolerances.
- Check work at specified points and adjust machines or fixtures as needed.
- Work from part drawings and use precision measuring instruments for inspection.
- Recognize and report machine malfunctions, tooling issues, or defects.
- Assist with machine setups or program proving under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of machine shop practices, techniques, and operations.
- Basic math, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Previous experience operating CNC grinding equipment (Walter, Ewag, Rollamatic, ANCA, Waida, etc.) preferred.
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- 1 years of CNC machining experience.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing facility, clean and organized.
- Standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs required.
- PPE as required by company safety standards.
