What You’ll Do

• Chip and grind castings to meet customer and company specifications
• Remove excess material such as fins, risers, and parting lines
• Inspect hooks, chains, and hoists before use
• Complete daily preventative maintenance checks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Report any safety concerns to leadership

What You Bring

• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Regular lifting of 10–100 lbs (and over 100 lbs with a hoist)
• Ability to work around moving equipment, vibration, and dust/fumes
