Data Entry - 2nd Shift - Must live in WI or MN

Position – Data Entry Specialist

Job Location – Remote - must live within WI or MN

Employment Term - Temp to Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –   2nd Shift 1:00pm-9:30pm, Mon-Fri

Starting Pay – $14.00 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – Previous high volume data entry experience preferred, typing tests required

As a Data Entry Specialist, your duties will include data entry and verification of data online interface with a high level of accuracy and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Duties

·       Consistently achieve both quality and production standards.

·       Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision.

·       Complete understanding of business rules.

·       Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.

·       Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential

·       Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.

Requirements

·       50 WPM typing speed, 4500 KPH ten key, with 95% accuracy

·       Ability to quickly learn a new system and memorize hot key/short cuts.

·       Must have personal Desktop, PC, or Laptop with 10-key pad and mouse

·       Windows 8.1 or higher required

·       Wi-Fi security has WPA2 protection or better

·       Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test 

·       Can work full time on 1st shift

·       Must have private office space that is not in a shared, common household area
 ·       Must have computer with 10-key keypad and mouse
