POSITION – Die Caster / General Labor
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:15pm.
STARTING PAY – $19.00 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train
As a Die Caster / General Laborer, you will be working in a warm manufacturing environment assisting with die casting operations and secondary processes. This is a physical, hands-on role where you will stay active throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate trim presses and sand blasters
- Assist with die casting operations
- Handle and move cast parts throughout the process
- Perform general labor duties as needed in production
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and be trained on new equipment
- Ability to work in a warm, physical environment
- Ability to train on 1st shift for one week
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full first-shift schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
