POSITION – CNC Machinist-Tool Room
JOB LOCATION – Sussex, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – Depends on Experience, $27-$28/hr
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – Certification or Vocational
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 3-5 years of experience with CNC Machining
Immediate 1st shift Opportunity!
Responsibilities
-CNC Machinist - Prefer experience in a company with Tool and Die department
-Set up, tool change and perform offsets on various CNC Machines
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy
-Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
-Ability to complete some programming of the machine to make edits and offsets.
-Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
-3-5 years’ experience with CNC Machining
-HS Diploma/GED required
-Proficient in G-code programming and CNC machine operation.
-Strong knowledge of cutting tool selection for optimal efficiency and accuracy.
-Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
