Accounts Payable Associate

Position – Accounts Payable Associate
Job Location – Waukesha, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temporary
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:30am – 4:00pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $23/hour
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
Responsibilities
-Vendor invoice entry into SAGE via email or mail
-Upload/enter credit card charges into SAGE
-Match credit card receipts to statement on a monthly basis
-Manage purchase orders, as well as match AP checks to invoices
-Mail checks and file invoices
Qualifications
-HS Diploma/GED required
-At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
-Excellent computer skills including familiarity with SAGE and Adobe Acrobat
-Positive attitude, great work ethic, and professional demeanor are MUST HAVES
