POSITION – A/P A/R, Office Management
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire / Full Time
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (flexibility required; may work until 6:00pm as needed to complete daily responsibilities)
STARTING PAY – $23 to $25 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or higher preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior office management experience with AP/AR required
This position focuses primarily on accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, while offering the opportunity to grow into broader office leadership responsibilities over time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys accounting work but is interested in developing into an office management role within a positive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and efficiently
- Review invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain financial records
- Ensure timely billing, payments, and account follow-up
- Maintain organized office and accounting documentation
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities as role grows
Qualifications
- Proven Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Highly dependable, trustworthy, and professional
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Interest in long-term growth into office management preferred
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
