Performance Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of project sites to determine fence installation requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and construction teams to understand project specifications and expectations.
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the installation projects.
• Generate comprehensive project proposals.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of fence installation projects, from planning to completion.
• Procure necessary materials.
• Develop and maintain project schedule.
• Regularly communicate project status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Provide clear instructions and guidance to installation teams.
• Always promote safety and quality.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure fence installations meet our standards, local codes, and client specifications.
• Conduct inspections to guarantee the quality of workmanship and address any deficiencies promptly.
• Must complete 1 hour of continued education a quarter.
