About the role
This part-time position is a blend of sales support and office administration. Most days will have a comfortable rhythm of routine tasks — but you’ll need to be ready to pivot quickly when a customer needs attention and then pick right back up where you left off. If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and gets a real sense of satisfaction finding better and faster ways to do things, you’ll fit right in.
Being a young and small company, our systems and processes have room to grow, and we’d love someone who sees that as an opportunity rather than a problem.
What you’ll do
- Support the sales team with order tracking, customer follow-ups, and preparing quotes or product documentation
- Serve as a first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries — by phone and email — with warmth and professionalism
- Manage and maintain data in spreadsheets — tracking orders, samples, contacts, and other key business information
- Handle general office administration: scheduling, correspondence, filing, and keeping day-to-day operations on track
- Help identify and improve workflows, systems, and processes as the business continues to grow

- Strong Excel skills — you know your way around formulas, filters, and keeping data clean and organized
- Excellent communicator — both in writing and in conversation; professional, clear, and genuinely personable
- Adaptable and focused — comfortable pausing a task to help a customer and then returning to your work without missing a beat
- Self-starter — you take ownership, follow through, and don't need to be reminded twice
