Residential Electrician
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Pay: $25–$45 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical problems
- Install and replace wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures and electrical panels
- Perform electrical service upgrades and new installations
- Diagnose electrical faults and recommend appropriate repairs
- Read electrical diagrams, plans and work orders
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code and local regulations
- Clearly explain repairs and recommendations to homeowners
- Maintain accurate service records
- Follow company safety procedures
- Keep tools, equipment and work areas organized
Qualifications
- Previous residential electrical experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of residential wiring systems and electrical codes
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments efficiently
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
- Delaware electrical license or relevant certifications are preferred
