Residential & Commercial Plumber
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Pay: $30–$48 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing problems
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters and related equipment
- Perform service, maintenance and new-installation work
- Troubleshoot leaks, drain issues and water-supply problems
- Read basic plans, specifications and work orders
- Explain recommended repairs clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Follow applicable plumbing codes and safety procedures
- Keep company tools, equipment and vehicles organized
- Work independently while supporting the service and installation teams
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials and local codes
- Ability to complete work safely and efficiently
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift equipment and perform the physical duties of the position
- Plumbing license, backflow certification or other relevant credentials are a plus
