HVAC Installation Technician

Full-Time | Permanent Position
$25.00–$45.00 per Hour Overtime
Our client, a well-established and growing HVAC contractor in the Bear, DE area, is looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join their team. What You'll Do
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and related equipment
- Perform complete HVAC system replacements and new installations
- Properly set equipment, connect ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical components, and controls
- Perform system start-ups, testing, and ensure proper operation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Provide professional service and communication with customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Experience installing residential HVAC systems required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, components, and installation procedures
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
