Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for the HVAC industry? Our client, one of the region's most respected HVAC equipment and supplies distributors, is seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team in Stamford, Connecticut.

What You'll Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing HVAC contractor accounts while identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share. Provide product recommendations, pricing, quotations, and technical support to customers. Coordinate with inside sales, warehouse, and vendor partners to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time deliveries. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Stay current on HVAC products, equipment, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or account management experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or building materials distribution preferred
- Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
