HVAC Installation Technician
Location: Allentown, PA
Pay: $25.00–$45.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Replace existing HVAC equipment while ensuring installations meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Read and interpret installation drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform system start-ups, testing, and final inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems; light commercial experience is a plus.
- EPA Certification required.
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
