Dispatch Representative
Location: Near Mira Mesa
Potential Long Term – Potential Temp to Hire
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Receives all incoming calls.
- Handling Dispatch responsibilities and coordinates the scheduling of the field staff.
- Evaluates needs and prioritizes.
- Responsible for providing top notch Customer Service to their valued customers. Respond/react to Client issues ensuring their needs are met.
- Provides optimum customer service over the phone and via Email.
- Scheduling of appointments and detailed tracking.
- Handles and coordinates emergency alerts.
- Documentation / Data Entry.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- 2 Years of Prior Dispatch experience- With scheduling- Preferably in the Plumbing Industry.
- 2 Years of Prior Customer Service experience.
- Plumbing Service Industry experience - Highly Preferred.
- Must have the ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills- Both written and verbal.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Sitting 20 hours a week
- Walking 1-10 hours a week
- Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
- No protective clothing or equipment required
COMPENSATION: $24.00 - $25 Hr. range DOE
