Bilingual Spanish HR Coordinator w/ Recruiting

Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Mission Valley

Responsibilities Include:

• Full Cycle Recruiting
• General HR Support
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
• Onboarding and Offboarding and handling new Employee paperwork.
• Assisting with HR events, fairs, wellness initiatives, and new hire onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and other applicable local regulations.
• Support employee education by creating materials and delivering presentations.
• Act as the primary contact for all work-related injuries and illnesses.
• File claims, coordinate treatment, and monitor the return-to-work process
• Benefits Administration
• Daily administration of benefits – 401K plans – Leave of Absences
• Responding to Employee questions
• Maintain accurate records in Client system.

Requirements Include:

• 3 years of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting
• Organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable about California labor laws such as FMLA, CFRA, ADA, ACA etc.
• Benefits administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related – preferred.

Physical Requirements Include:

• Must be able to sit or stand - (6 hours/day).
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 20 lbs (e.g., boxes of benefit materials, files).
• Frequent use of a computer, phone, and general office equipment.
• Occasional walking across company location for meetings or employee outreach.
• Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise level.

Compensation: $25.00-$26.00/hr
