Warehouse & Production Lean Operations Manager- Direct Hire

Location: Oceanside, CA (On-Site)
 
Responsibilities include:
•     Lead day-to-day warehouse and production operations while helping establish the  systems and processes.

·         Responsible for implementing and overseeing lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing organization. 

·         Use continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S – Six Sigma

·         Drive continuous improvement

·         Optimize daily operations and process flow.

·         Targeting Waste Elimination.

·         Boost Floor productivity.

·         Optimizing Workflow.

·         Oversee Safety and Quality.

·         Team Leadership.

·         Ensuring that operational improvements align with business goals.

·         KPI and metric tracking – Analyzing data

Requirements Include:
•      5 years of experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, production planning, or operations management.

·         3 years of Lean manufacturing on the job experience.

·          Experience supervising manufacturing or warehouse personnel.

·         Strong organizational and project management skills.

·         Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation.  

·         Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

·         Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office.

·         Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation:   Expected Salary Range: $95,000-$120,000 annually, DOE.
