Accounting Clerk with Data Entry
Location: Near Rancho Bernardo
Hours Monday – Friday – Normal Daytime hours TBD
REPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Reviewing orders and managing and editing.
- Canceling orders in ERP system as required.
- Going into Invoices and performing data entry to edit invoice.
- Contact customers via phone or email as needed.
- Other light accounting functions as needed.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- High Attention to detail and ability to multi task.
- Accounting background and/or experience.
- Knowledge of ERP system- Preferably 365 or related.
- 2 Years of Office experience.
- High Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously, or the ability to quickly change courses to address urgent matters.
- Solid Microsoft Office Skills – Especially Excel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sitting 20 hours a week.
- Walking 1-10 hours a week
- Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material.
- No protective clothing or equipment required.
COMPENSATION: $24 Hr.
